Green Room Music Source is proud to present our 4th Annual Official Showcase for South By Southwest

Wednesday, March 17th in Austin, TX. We will be holding our showcase for the 2nd year in a row at the wonderful Lamberts Downtown Barbecue, located at 401 West 2nd Street, downtown Austin. Find them at www.lambertsaustin.com.

This year's lineup includes Kid Dakota, The Coast, The Bloodsugars, Kaiser Cartel, The Melismatics, Ruby Isle and a rare full band appearance by Grant Hart (co-founder of Husker Du, founder of Nova Mob). If you are in Austin, please join us anytime between 7pm-2am on Wednesday, March 17th.

Green Room Music Source Takes on Brooklyn's Own THE BLOODSUGARS.

Green Room is proud to add Brooklyn darlings The Bloodsugars to our roster. Please check out one of the strongest records of 2009, 'I Can't Go On, I'll Go On' by this fabulous band.

GREEN ROOM MUSIC SOURCE TAKES ON GRANT HART OF HUSKER DU

Green Room is very proud to announce the addition of the legendary Grant Hart to our roster. Grant was a co-founder of Minneapolis based, Husker Du, considered perhaps one of the most important punk rock bands of the 80's. He also founded Nova Mob post Husker and has recorded three solo records including his latest, 'Hot Wax' just released. Welcome to the club Mr. Hart. Look for North American dates (to the east in November, to the west in December) and Australian dates in February, 2010. Grant will also appear at the 2010 South By Southwest Music Conference in Austin, TX next March.

Green Room Music Source is proud to present (of course we're proud!) our 3rd annual official CMJ Showcase....wait, scratch that....make that showcases...that's right- that's plural as in more than one. This year we are presenting a showcase in both downtown Manhattan and in Brooklyn. If you're in NYC anytime next weekend, October 23rd and 24th for CMJ, other general business or even just good old fashioned sight-seeing, PLEASE come by for either one or both of our events..

Friday, October 23rd, 2009 Green Room Music Source presents an official CMJ Showcase at Spike Hill in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, NY. 7:00pm start.
Artists performing are Squaaks (Baltimore), Grammar Debate (Philadelphia), Me And My Arrow (Minneapolis), The Fervor (Louisville), Winterpills (Northampton, MA), Sissy Wish (Bergen, Norway) and The Bloodsugars (Brooklyn).

Saturday, October 24th, 2009 Green Room Music Source presents an official CMJ Showcase at Lit Lounge in dowtown Manhattan. 8:00pm start.
Artists performing are Black Diamond Bay (Montreal), Tulipomania (Philadelphia, Minneapolis), We Should Be Dead (Dublin by way of Los Angeles), The High Dials (Montreal), Maudlin (St. Paul) and The Receiver (Columbus, OH).
